WHAT IS TOUR ATLAS?

Tour Atlas is a tour search engine built for travel agents. It brings land tours, river cruises, expedition-style small ship itineraries, and rail journeys into one place, so options can be searched, filtered, compared, and shared quickly.
Tour Atlas is a research platform (not a booking engine). Agents use it to shortlist the right-fit itineraries, then book direct with the supplier.

HOW CAN TOUR ATLAS HELP ME?

Tour Atlas is designed to reduce touring research from 2–4 hours to around 15–30 minutes by putting key itinerary details in one place.

  • Share clear, easy-to-read options in a client-friendly digital format
The result is a smoother enquiry process: less back-and-forth, faster turnaround, and more confidence in the recommendations being sent.

HOW DO WE BOOK?

Bookings are made direct with the supplier.
Tour Atlas is used for research and comparison only - it helps travel agents find and present the best-fit itineraries. Once the client is ready to book, the travel advisor books directly with the chosen supplier, as usual.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? HOW DO YOU MAKE YOUR MONEY?

Tour Atlas is funded through subscriptions.
Importantly, Tour Atlas does not sell sponsored placements. Search results are not influenced by advertising, and there is no commission split - travel agents keep 100% of their commission.

BUT WE DON'T SELL A LOT OF TOURING

That's exactly when Tour Atlas is valuable.
When touring enquiries are occasional, it's harder to stay across which brands suit which clients, what's changed, and where to find the details quickly. Tour Atlas keeps touring options organised and searchable, making every enquiry easier to handle - without losing hours to tabs, PDFs, and supplier sites.

CAN TOUR ATLAS BE ADDED TO OUR TRAVEL AGENCY WEBSITE SO WE CAN ATTRACT TOURING CLIENT ENQUIRIES?

Yes. Tour Atlas powers a white label solution called TravelCMS.
TravelCMS lets an agency embed a branded tour search experience on its own website, so touring clients can browse options 24/7 and enquire directly through the agency.
